The number one discussion I have with my friends in playgroups and at preschool, is is my child old enough to go to Disney.  I must say, I have even ponder that question myself with all three of my kids.  I will say after 9 years of traveling to Walt Disney World and Disneyland with my children, Disney is the easiest vacation with all ages of children.  We have traveled to all Disney parks with children at all ages.  We have gone to the parks with a 3, 12, and 18 month old, toddlers, and my kids as elementary aged kids.  The parks are fully equipped to handle all of your baby’s needs.  My favorite spot in the parks with kids is the Baby Care Centers.  Each park at Walt Disney World and Disneyland have these special places for you and your little ones.  Not to worry, if you just need to do a quick diaper change most restrooms in the parks and restaurants provide baby changing stations.  All restaurants will provide you with warm water or heat up a bottle or baby food for you.

The baby care centers are located in each park and are free to all guests of the parks.  They each provide nursing rooms with chairs, changing room with tables, highchairs, microwaves, adult restroom, toddler size restroom with the smaller toilets and sinks, hot water, sinks for washing, and a room with toys and videos for your older children.  There is always an attendant to assist you with any needs.

The baby care centers also provide some emergency need items for a charge.  They supply items that you may have forgotten or ran out of while enjoying the parks.  Some items they have are diapers, wipes, formula, some disney baby clothes, children’s medicines, a variety of baby food items, and some other small necessities.

The baby care centers in Walt Disney World are located in all four parks.  In Magic Kingdom, it is located at the end of Main Street, behind the Crystal Palace Restaurant.  In Epcot, it is located at on the backside of the Odyssey Restaurant on the walkway from Test Track to the Mexico Pavilion.  In Hollywood Studios, it is located just inside the entrance near guest services on the left as you enter the park.  In Animal Kingdom, it is located near the Creature Comforts gift shop on the left side of The Tree of Life.

The baby care centers in Disneyland are located in both parks.  In Disneyland, it is located at the end of Main Street, USA right next to the First Aid.  In California Adventure, it is located next to Ghiradelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop and across from The Baker Tour in the Pacific Wharf.

The Walt Disney Resorts and Parks are very accommodating in assisting and helping you take care of children of all ages in the parks.  Especially the youngest ones in your family!

Sharron currently resides in the big old state of Texas. She is a busy mom to three kids, a wife, scrapbooker, taking charge over my Star Wars obsessed boys, lover of all things Disney, and pretty good ameteur chef. She is also an advocate for families with food allergies in how to cope with, travel, and meal plan. She was diagnosed with Celiac disease a few years ago and her son has a peanut allergy. So keeping a family safe and happily fed is high priority. My all time favorite thing to is talk about, write about, watch, and plan all things Disney.

    Hi There!

My name is Lin and I’m the founder and heart behind DisneyMamas.com. I’m so glad you stopped by!

    My precious family

A Disney fan from birth,  I’ve made more than two dozen pilgrimages to my second home, Walt Disney World, with a handful of visits to Disneyland and Disney Cruise Line thrown in for good measure. Currently, I reside 1,162 miles from the World near Dallas, TX.

My usually willing, lifelong travel partner & husband is Chris, who’s Disney fandom is growing with every trip. Together we are raising two Disney-nuts-in-training: Connor and Logan. Connor’s passion of the moment is playing Sorcerer’s of the Magic Kingdom. Logan just wants to share your snack and ride it’s a small world.

Besides moming and blogging, I’m is also a high school theatre teacher by day and Disney and Universal travel agent by night for Once Upon a Time Vacations.
