Wordless Wednesday – Friends and Family

Today is Chris and my 9th wedding anniversary! (Love you Chris!) When I saw the theme for this weeks Wordless Wednesday theme was Friends and Family I knew exactly what I wanted to do. Disney has always been a huge part of our relationship. Chris proposed to me on Main Street at Magic Kingdom, we went to Walt Disney World and sailed on the Disney Wonder for our honeymoon, took a babymoon to Walt Disney World a few years later, our son had his first haircut at the Harmony Barber Shop shortly after his first birthday, and we have made numerous other Disney trips since and between all of those milestone trips.

I wanted to create a collage that documented some of those special times in our lives. Images here represent our engagement trip, honeymoon, babymoon, son’s first trip, our most recent trip as a family and a special trip from this summer where my son and I were joined by mom and my Nana for a very precious four generations trip.

I can’t wait to make more memories!

Disney has marked a lot of milestones for us as well. It is so much fun to have such a magical place tied to those milestones.

My precious family

A Disney fan from birth, I’ve made more than two dozen pilgrimages to my second home, Walt Disney World, with a handful of visits to Disneyland and Disney Cruise Line thrown in for good measure. Currently, I reside 1,162 miles from the World near Dallas, TX.

My usually willing, lifelong travel partner & husband is Chris, who’s Disney fandom is growing with every trip. Together we are raising two Disney-nuts-in-training: Connor and Logan. Connor’s passion of the moment is playing Sorcerer’s of the Magic Kingdom. Logan just wants to share your snack and ride it’s a small world.

Besides moming and blogging, I’m is also a high school theatre teacher by day and Disney and Universal travel agent by night for Once Upon a Time Vacations.
